Deposit Payment
Payment of deposit must be done within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation, otherwise we will not guarantee your place(s).
We will remove your booking from our system after 7 days of your booking, if you have not paid your deposit by then.
Cancellation by the traveller
All cancellations must be made in writing. Please note that your 10% deposit is not refundable

While Taveuni Adventure provides a professional booking service, providing informations and caveats, where required, it cannot he held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or illness that may arise out of any of the accommodation or activities booked through our service.
Taveuni Adventures will not accept responsibility or liability for any person/guest/traveller who contravenes any law or regulation of any country visited.
Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all Taveuni Adventures bookings, including Accommodation, Rentals, Diving, Game Fishing, Home Stays or any other activities we provide. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability. We also recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects.
Passports and visas
You must carry a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate visas (if necessary) when travelling with Taveuni Adventures. Please ensure your passport is valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas for your holiday. Taveuni Adventures cannot accept responsibility if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct visa documentation. |
